Hi RW - I am afraid many of the Presentations are not accessable as the host has gone out of business and the new host will be out of business in August.
Fortunately, I do have all of them so I may be able to reload them to my new host and somehow give you a list later of how to access them. But that will take a while.

Do you wanna feel good?
Lets laugh and play
Wanna have some fun?
Throw your blues away.
Are you feelin' sad?
Got a problem, here's the cure:
Do the Chicken Dance,
Make you happy for sure.
But here's how we do it at Whitney:
I don't wanna be a chicken,
I don't wanna be a duck,
so I shake my tail

Bowling A Googley
Do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, . . . but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christs sufferings. 1 Peter 4:12-13
George Bernard Shaw once said, England and America are two countries separated by a common language. An example from the world of sports demonstrates his point.
As a lifelong baseball fan, Im familiar with the term curveball. Its a ball thrown by the pitcher in such a way that it changes direction, fooling the opponent. In cricket, the strategy is similar but the word is very different. The bowler (pitcher) tries to overcome the batsman by bowling a googley (pitching a curveball).
Though games and cultures differ, the concept of the curveball portrays a reality familiar in any language. Life is full of times when we are unsuspectingly bowled a googley, and we find ourselves overwhelmed. In those moments of fear and confusion, its comforting to know we have a God who is sufficient for any challenge.
Trials are to be expected (1 Peter 4:12). Yet we may well be shocked by the circumstances facing us. But God is never surprised! He permits our trials, and He can enable us to respond to them in a way that honors Him.
When we suffer, we must commit [our] souls to Him in doing good, wrote Peter (v.19). In Gods strength, we can face lifes most troublesome curveballs.

How are we to cope with lifes inevitable troubles?

good morning from NE Ohio
I am looking forward to joining Mama_bear and dutchess in columbus on Monday for dinner..
This is the last time we were together.. At Max & Erma's at columbus airport. (August 2005)

Here is where we will eat.. we have one of these in Akron & Cleveland & both are wonderful. Both (as is this one) on or proximity to airports.
94th Aero Squadron
My trial has been again extended into Mid August.. got call from attorney. Partly relieved as I hate confrontation but want to get it over with !

I'm sorry that I didn't get back last night.
Thank you for your great graphics, your funny posts and your nice comments.
Marissa really enjoyed the water park;
though I did nothing, I was tired when we got home.
We had to leave a little earlier than planned;
the power went off so the filters and clorinators were not working.
The kids were disappointed because the wave machine was off.
The kids played and swam until they shut everything down.
Then we enjoyed our picnic lunch before heading home.
I think this may become a yearly event .... maybe after swim lessons next year.
