If they're going through all that trouble, they're extremely militant, and each one probably has no life outside the internet.
I don't understand, though, how someone "google harrasses" someone else. Bumping your article to the top and complaining about your article only brings more attention to it, and I would think a writer would consider that a good thing. Like some talk show radio hosts who make a living angering people, maybe you can capitalize on the attention, and it can work in your favor. No one wants to hire a writer to whom readers pay no attention. But they might want to hire a writer who drives people mad, right?
FR is regularly used by wannabe writers as a source of free publicity. Take a look at his claim to fame post, and even if you agree with him, you have to see that he is a horrible writer.
