It is my birthday and so far: New York is boiling, I hate the heat - I am the polar bear, hubby loves the heat. Toddler is running me ragged - she is cranky and recovering from an ear infection and it is very stressful on her and me when mama has to give her medicine. So the only thing that I can drink on this hot day is the sweet tea from Mickey D’s, and how is your day faring?/Just Asking - seoul62.......

We go to 99º around 3PM. It’s humid and there are air quality warnings.
Water, drink lots and lots of plain ol’ water to replace all your sweating.
