My Experience was Wierd; there were People Actually still Racing their Cars Around in the Storm; I was Incredulous; they must be Pros at Driving in Heavy Downpours!
Driving in storms like that, or even in a mild rain, you need to not only decide what you will do but also know what the other drivers are doing!! The ones that speed in rain are not thinking of others!!
