hope you were on a nice trip or something.

I wish! Although, our vacation is coming up the end of next month. Going to Massachusetts and West Virginia. Am really looking forward to that! No, I have been busy working on projects here. Painting my mom's bedroom and putting up crown molding, also having tile laid in her bathroom and will be painting that room too. There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day.

..........don't watch news much as I'm avoiding the political scene.

I hear ya! I am doing the same thing. Didn't know if you were having fires down south or not.

Hope you get your ant situation under control. I HATE ants. I heard once that California is sitting on one gigantic ant hill. I guess all the colonies are linked or something. I fought ants continually after we moved into this house. I would get rid of them one place and they'd pop up somewhere else. Outside we had fire ants everywhere in our yard until we hired an exterminator to come once a month. That exterminator is worth his weight in gold! I haven't seen an ant in months and months. I'd give up cable TV before I'd give up my exterminator. LOL

Have no idea how far I will get .... but, I’m going to try to answer some pings that I missed yesterday and this morning.

Marissa has another swim lesson today and Thursday and Friday so I will be gone again this afternoon.

Since we live on a big ant hill, that should be interesting when The Big One hits....LOL. I don’t really see any purpose to ants myself, except to annoy us.

I am SO excited about our Dogs!! Too bad you can't go to the party. I never watch baseball, but I will see if I can find it on tv this afternoon. It should be on ESPN, right? I will be holding my breath that they win, but, if they don't, they are still coming home champions.

Thanks for the link to the Fresno Bee. No, we don't take that paper. I will go check it out now. :-)

Hope PrissyMissy is enjoying her swimming. I would love to spend the summer in a pool!

I found the original image . I had reduced the size so much of the detail was lost.
I cropped and enlarged enough so the sign could be read.

I wish my garden looked this great.
It looks so peaceful .... a wonderful place to sit and read.

That reminds me of the two Indians who agreed to see a psychiatrist. The psych asked what the problem was. One Indian said he was a feared he was a wigwam; the other feared he was a tee-pee.

The psych says to them, "I don't know that I can help you, but I'll tell you this much: You're two tents."
