Truly much to ponder here. But riddle me this? Why does only ONE SOCK of a pair disappear?Ah! That one is elementry my friend. Each sock has a set lifecycle, but no two life cycles are the same. A "pair" of socks cannot possess the same life cycle so one expires before the other. Usually the male sock goes first.
