This morning the predictions have it going even further east, over Galveston and Houston. Here in Austin we may not get anything out of it, or at least not very much.

Well, I’m on standby and might actually head down there with disaster relief after the storm. The boys could stay with my folks, if they fare ok (in College Station).

Yeah, SirKit’s sister is the Business Continuity Specialist for a large regional bank, and they have several branches in the Houston area. Looks like she may be delayed coming to the family reunion which is supposed to start on Saturday. But we likely won’t get down there before Monday, either, so we’ll just start reunioning when everyone has arrived!
