I haven't talked to the kids or adults who went on the trip. I'll see some this weekend at Mass. They apparently DID finally get to N.O., because there was a write up about the trip in this past weekend's bulletin.

That's one of the reasons I'm flying down with Joseph to get him settled into school. We're doing an Air-Tran flight through Atlanta, and we'll have an almost two hour layover. That will give me time to show him how to negotiate the train system that runs between terminals, so that when he flies home for Christmas, it won't be completely foreign to him. If we can get him a flight out of New Orleans, nonstop, on JetBlue, that would be awesome, but if he has to go out of Gulfport, he WILL be stopping at least once along the way, and Atlanta is the likeliest place. It's a HUGH airport, so I didn't want to hit him with it without any previous experience.
