Well, the further we looked in it, it looked like pretty much the whole innards were shot. We haven't replaced anything since it was given to us over 4 years ago... and we use it a LOT. a few times a week, year round.
So we looked up all the parts on Sears.com and it was about $150 worth of parts to fix it... and THIS economic stimulus was on sale for $200.
So here's some scenes from putting it together...
And we christened it with some filets of salmon. :~)

I got some wild, fresh caught salmon at the grocery store last week that was absolutely wonderful, the best salmon we’ve had in a long time. For a taste treat, try sprinkling the salmon with season-all and garlic salt. It’s really good.
