Just dang. We had Tony Snow in the Detroit area as a columnist and radio talker until he went big time. Just from the tone of his voice you could tell he was a genuine nice guy.

Now I consider myself a nice guy (you have to be, working a hospital help desk), but I, even as a nice guy, would have bitch-slapped some of the people Tony dealt with.

That excludes Helen Thomas, who looks like someone got to her a long time ago. Peter Jackson would need no special effects if he needed a female troll.
