Glad you found the stuff! Now rip ‘em a new one.
My family’s old dog had to be put to sleep this weekend. Poor Harry dog. Apparently he wasn’t eating and couldn’t really move any more. He was only 13 but golden retrievers don’t really live that long.
He was the only dog I had as a kid and just really great with our whole family. Specially my little brother, they were the same age and just loved playing together.
Sorry to hear about your family dog. That’s always hard.
I do plan to rip the mortgage company a new one. As in, “if you need more information, here’s my attorney’s number.”
Did I tell you I beat Comcast? When we made the switch and I returned their equipment they said “wait for the bill.” I got it around the first of April (before I went to New Orleans) and on May 1st, I had a notice from a collection agency.
I blogged about it and amazingly I got an email from Customer Services. So I sent him the stuff. First response I got was “we can’t help you.” So I told them I wouldn’t pay the bill and they could dare to challenge my credit report if they wanted. They backed down and I have the confirmation from them that it’s been removed from collections.
When I blogged about it I found I’m not the first one they’ve done this to.
Aw Jen, so sorry about your old golden. :~(
Aw, geez. Sorry about old Harry dog, Jen.
My brother’s Golden was about the same age when he passed away. We came downstairs one morning and found him asleep in his favorite spot - only he wasn’t asleep. :-\ In some ways, it was much easier that way, but we never really knew the exact cause.
