Momma did come out at some point and eat. So that's good, but she's back in the litter box again. Not the most sanitary place I'd pick for her to sleep with her stitches, but I don't think there's anything I can do about it.
She's fairly indifferent toward the kittens, she's a little freaked out still about everything I think. She's not used to being inside and this close to all this activity. I took the kittens out of there for the day, give her some quiet. I'm not sure she's really comforted by them being there climbing all over her cage.
So they had to get their mommy fix from Gidget, again... on my bed They do adore her. They're really friendly kittens, running up and climbing all over anyone who will give them attention.
