Today is SirKit’s birthday! His best friend from high school sent him a book, with a card welcoming him to the Double Nickel Club. Abe joined it in April, and I’ll be coming along in July. We went out for lunch to the Chinese/Japanese Buffet. Yum! Then we went and shoveled a load of gravel into the trailer, brought it home, and he got on Gimli to finish digging the drainage trench. How’s that for an exciting day?
Columbines in bloom. LSA put down some grass seed today. So far so good on the transplants. Got a good crop of rose-of-sharon seedlings coming up, would you care for 50 or so, OT?

In other matters, I spent my "stimulus check" (and then some) stimulating the cash flow of Springfield Armory.
I handled the SOCOM II, and knew it was not for me after about two seconds. So it's just the plain ol' SOCOM 16.
This will probably be this Saturday night's topic, but I'm now racking my brains to find the right optics for it. Suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Heh...I stopped at Walmart on the way home and was just sitting there in the parking lot when it suddenly dawned on me that I was just sitting there in the parking lot. When I got home Steve came out to the car and I told him about it...he said “Well, let us know if you decide to come in.” LOL!!

Heh, except in my experience, no game session would go that long without the players trying to set something on fire. Or perhaps my group are just pyromaniacs.
