Thank You, LB. Of course, I won't be officially retired until next January, after my successor is sworn in, but for the most part, I am retired.!!

HOB and tillacum...sorry I didn't see you responses until today. Yes.....very strange spring we are having BUT the sun was out and I was able to mow yesterday. Now I won't lose Andy and Charlie in the tall grass.

Wow! What pretty DRESSES!
I’m going on record now as saying something is up in our household. Starting sometime on Sunday our dogs began acting a bit on the weird side. There is some odor which is making them extremely cautious, especially around hubby. Both the youngest and I are watching them carefully but so far nothing apart from their concern.
Our guesses: impending earthquake, hubby has developed some dire disease which is giving out a smell detectable by the dogs. Hubby says he feels fine.

I have been freezing to death today and it is the low 70’s. turned my electric bracket on, still can't get warm.

They are leaning forward sniffing toward him and places where he’s been. The leaning forward is definitely a cautious action as if they’re expecting trouble and want to avoid it. They don’t like to be around him. They act scared. This is all brand new behavior. Further, he has done nothing to them and hasn’t even reprimanded them. He is also the one who feeds them so therefore they should love him best of all!
I’m not kidding. This does have me concerned. But I don’t have any other data to go by. It may all blow over without revelation.
