I sent some relatives to intervene. The reports are she's taking to the intervention well. I am stunned at the level of her collapse, but I'm glad she's thinking about doing something different.

I won't be with her, in the future. But I'm glad for her.

All we can do is pray the intervention works. For her sake and the sake of her daughter.

Has the family taken the daughter in; before child services finds out and puts her in foster care?

Apply for the show Intervention on A&E. They might be able to help her out by paying for her counseling and treatment. I don't think they have had an Alcoholic, Bulimic, Crack smoker on the show yet.
