Is anyone else sick and tired of the green commercials sponsored by Lowe's, Home Depot, Target, WalMart, etc?
With all that green one would think it is St. Patrick's Day. ;-)
The very first time I cut back (energy-wise) was when I was widowed..living with my son..after purchasing our first home in 1975. Nobody made me do it. I did it NOT to save the Earth...Not because I was told, but because if I didn't turn back the thermostat or use more fluorescent bulbs there would be no $$ for food.
I wish those greenies would give it a rest!
