Hi Amy,

Time goes by so quickly. It is hard to believe Marissa is 8 years old.

I’m teaching full-time now. I’m so busy that I don’t have much time to spend online. Winston passed away a while ago, and I haven’t gotten around to getting any more fish. I’d like to some day - maybe get more than just 1 - but I haven’t had the time to set up a new tank. I still have my now 18-year-old cat, though.

Yes, I will be there from mid Aug. to mid Sept. mostly up on the Klamath River. I shipped several boxes of my Native Art work over to my sisters and will have a booth at the Klamath Salmon Festival in mid Aug. It is at the little town of Klamath which is within our Reservation. Aloha

I thought that I saw on another thread that you would be here sometime. I couldn’t remember when.

We have reservations at Kearney Park for September 6th. It would be great if you could come down.

Hey .... maybe you could bring tubebender with you. He lived here for many years and resists coming back to the heat.

I loved hearing your stories about Winston. The trips you and he made to your parents on weekends.

When you get your new fish tank setup. I would love to see pictures and hear about your new fish.

Congratulations on your (doctors?) degree. We are proud of you.

It is wonderful that you still have your cat. We have had trouble keeping kittens/cats. The first and third got on the street and ..... . The second just disappeared. Now for Marissa's 4th, Mr Kitty Mittens.

Mr Mittens was sick the day after we got him home from the shelter. We gave him antibiotics for 2 weeks and he had to stay in the garage because he was drooling and had a runny nose. Now he thinks the garage is home. He comes in for a short time but then cries to go back to the garage.

Hope you check in once in awhile (as you have time) and let us know how you are doing.

It was nice to have Winston along while I was travelling. Now I just travel alone.

Yes, I have a doctors degree - so now I’m “Dr. Tuliptree76.” :-) My students call me “Dr.” but I’m still not used to the title.
