I feel the same way, MEG. Today, I saw a very tall tree 3+ blocks down from here that blooms with magnificent pale mauve-pink blossoms just starting up again. And, I said to myself, this is my wealth to be able to see this, the fact it exists and my joy in seeing it. I took pics last year; they don't do it justice, but here goes:

The picture is from “Google images - (’dogs fish’ in the search box”.) I posted it because I liked it so much - and you said you liked the dogs in the creek. They look like cat-fish, don’t you think?

No, I only have a yorkie - but love labs and dalmations and golden retrievers and pugs and daschunds and samoyeds and ..... Aw, I love all breeds of dogs.

Ha! Wish it was tonight!

I fixed a chicken salad with romaine, sliced tomatoes and cottage cheese. I always feel like summer is here when I fix that! LOL

Well, I will have to try that as I think this shrimp sauce is the best thing in the world. The shrimp sauce is orange because of so much paprika. I will find it tomorrow and post it. I will study the recipe here you have posted but not tonight.

I have had a hard time on FR today...its slow and takes forever to post so I just signed off earlier and got back on tonight just for a few minutes.

Maybe tomorrow will be better! See ya tomorrow!

While you are looking for yours, if you find an extra one hanging around, it could be mine.....

I will answer all this tomorrow. Are you sure you haven’t been a chef and not a gardener?

I used to make stir-fry some when my husband was here but its too much to do for me. But, I know you stir-fry your meat very quickly and same with the vegetables. I used to cut up and have everything ready to throw in when needed. Guess everyone does that!

I have never done the fried rice although I love it in restaurants. I use to make regular rice!

I had a very good day. It went fast and now just started to rain; I could smell it.

Yorkie, what I do when I want a recipe, etc. I just highlight what I want, click copy, then click on your email, then click (New) email and click paste and add your address and email it to yourself and you can run you off a copy or file it on your computer, whichever you like to do.

I will talk more tomorrow...getting late...I’m tired and you all are probably gone by now. Okie, dokie!

No, I’m still here, J C! That is a good idea. Copy, and paste it in a ‘compose’ email to myself! GREAT idea, in fact! Thanks!
