Yes the music does help to create a pleasurable experience for both senses. I have quite a number of Ernesto Cotazar´s piano pieces.

Sorry Amy, I had a problem with my service and that is why I made several posts.

I had power down and start all over again.

Good morning, Yorkie.

Will this do it?
If not, is there a Starbucks nearby?

Have a Happy Fast Food Day.

That is quite a trick - perhaps you can show me too. :)

I did it! I had to go into "Personalize appearance and sounds" and selected "Display Settings". Then I just needed to change which monitor was selected as my "main" monitor. I had it set to my laptop. I changed it to my desktop monitor, then opened up your PP Presentation and it worked! It opened on my large screen desktop monitor. That was an easy fix. :-)

I am running Vista Business with the latest version of IE (7?).

Thanks for the sweet ‘wake-ups’ ladies. I just feel like hunkerin’ in today, but have a big luncheon to attend at 12:30.

So.............looks like I’d better go get ‘gussied up’. We women have to go through so much to go anywhere. Sigh.

Men are lucky - shower, brush teeth, get dressed, comb hair. Done. Fifteen minutes, top.

Have a lovely day everyone.

"Happy Fast Food Day"

I'm not real big on fast food, but I do like Taco Bell. I've especially become addicted to their Caramel Apple Empanadas. Yum! I think we just might do Taco Bell for dinner on the way out to PetsMart. I thought Chachi might like going out there and picking out a toy for his birthday. Is he a bit spoiled? LOL

Enjoy you luncheon, yorkie. :-)

I am rearranging furniture here. I'll probably end up putting it all back where it was. LOL.

I need to get back to work. Break time is over.

I would love to see those islands, especially from the air. I have never seen anything like that. One little island was just big enough for a small house. The front porch was right at the waters’ edge. I take it there is no problem with tides in the river, or some of these places would be under water.

I had two monitors when I had my laptop using Vista and my regular using XP. I loved to watch the mouse go from one monitor to the other. But now I have my regular monitor and my TV, which is also a monitor, just reflects what my other monitor shows.

I have such a complex set up with radio connection from another room - radio headsets for Skype and regular headsets with two separate controls. Laptop and my desktop was ok but now with LCD HDTV,satellite, terrestrial, terrestrial digital, tape and DVD I have a rats nest of confusion.

Here is the back of one of my controllers:>

Man.......you lost me back at LCD HDTV. LOL. If it wasn't for my IT son, I'd probably be trying to connect to the Internet with two cups and a string. He keeps me on the cutting edge of technology without me actually having to know much about it. I like it that way. ;-)

I did finally learn how to use the TIVO after I got tired of having to ask my husband to turn the TV on for me. LOL. It's getting way too complicated - but I do love technology. A couple weeks ago my son (same son) was on a cruise in the Caribbean and sending me e-mails from his Blackberry while he was on a bus headed for a tour of the Mayan ruins at Tulum. And all week I had been following the progress on the cruise ship from port to port via video on my desk top from the ship's bridge-cam. How cool is that? (I told him to go into the wedding chapel on the ship, where there is also a web-cam, and wave to me. He said "I am not going into the chapel and waving at the camera, I was raised to act better than that". LOL! I can't believe I raised such a stick-in-the-mud!)

Because of this technology I have made friends around the world. I love it! And I wonder what could possibly be coming next.

A Conversation Between
Mother and Daughter

I translated this one from the Spanish so of course it would not apply to anyone on here...

For those of you that do not have PowerPoint
the FREE Microsoft PowerPoint Reader can be downloaded from Here or HERE

Conversation between mother and daughter

Click the picture to see the Presentation.
Right click for full screen and to back up to the first slide if the musics stops.

That's funny. I don't have a daughter, but I'm sure my son would say he has had some equally aggravating conversations with his annoying mother. He'd be wrong, of course. LOL ;-)
