Did you see how Dolly didn't hug him at first...perhaps didn't want those gnats near her goldilocks.

At least Dolly can take her hair off and get it cleaned. Someone would probably have to take hedge clippers to Bug's dreads. ;-)

he really doesn’t. I thought Jason did really well. I believe it was good enough to keep him in another week.

Jason Castro

Sings "Travelin Thru"--a song from the movie "Transamerica". Surprisingly (for a movie about transgenered types) the lyrics focus on Jesus, faith and redemption. Not bad.

Randy: Thought it started a little rough. But it was pretty good. You worked it out.

Paula: This is one of your strongest performances. You let go. Strong, rich, confident.

Simon: This is where I lose my season pass to Dollywood [LOL!] I didn't like that at all. If this was my first time seeing or hearing you I wouldn't get it and that's the problem.

No, it was “A song from the year you were born” week. Of course, David A found a preachy song from 1990.

Jason is GREAT tonight!!

His bugs must be humming along, doing a little background harmony. :)

She was doing alright - until she tried the 50-second glory note.
