That is a wonderful photo.
From the looks of it, this is a ‘normal occurrence’, as there is a lot of naked branches on that tree.
It almost looks like the pulls off some of the branches for the horse, as there is one in his mouth, or he found a weed.
Yes, the goat could jump on his back, but it is possible that he kneels and lets it climb on.

LOL! I don’t know whether to believe it or not! If I were a horse and a goat jumped on my back, I would be trotting off!
Great image all the same...the horse is standing there quitely while the goat eats the leaves. If the horse wasn’t happy about that he could easily dislodge the goat with just one little buck, and off the goat would come.
The more I learn about people (in politics) the more I love animals, even rats and mice and lizards and snakes...
