I think we understand what it’s like to live in a banana republic now. None of our votes mattered. Romney wins a majority in W. Va. and has no delegates from it. How does that make any sense? Representative republic? Pfft
I sense a bit of unproductive anger and needless hysteria since any Californian can vote a provisional ballot until the irregularity is resolved to the satisfaction of the county elections commissioner. Your friend still has time to return to her polling place to vote a provisional ballot.

She tried to get a provisional ballot and they wouldn’t let her. They told her she either had to vote Democrat or not at all.
