I’d likely be a crow, a loon, or a whip-poor-will.
Or some similar night flying critter...

We had a frost just 3 days ago. If you're from Canada, you must be even colder than we've been. Good luck with those little green plants......
I have been wanting to call the global warming police all year and report a theft of all our local carbon credits.
Carbon credits are, after all, the only thing that is saving us from boiling.

"Gov. GoodHair?? Mr. 39%...Popular??? Hahahaha! That's funny!"Well, what can I say? :) I'm just a lil ole country girl living in a bordering state and don't claim to be all that smart about Texas politics. So, I don't know if it was, "GoodHair" or Popularity or whatever, but the man was re-elected with 39% of the vote. Which I'm thinking means that on that day at least 1,716,803 registered voters in Texas liked him best. LOL Not too shabby since Kinky Friedman, a very "Popular" candidate with great name recognition only got about 13%. Moreover, in pre-primary polls of a potential matchup between Perry and Strayhorn ( Scott McClellan's mommy, who also has good name recognition) Perry led with 55% of those polled to her 24%. She ended up with only 18% in the general. Of course, some might speculate that Perry won because the field was so crowded with independants but thats just, well, speculation and he did win.
