When I saw the photo of the castle, it reminded me that I’ve seen it a bunch of times and didn’t know much about it. There is a lot more to it than that, too, very interesting background.
Too bad only 14 rooms were finished. Hilton should buy it, don’t you think?

Went in today finished packing up, did the last little tweaks to their equipment as a going away present (they were delighted with the improvement) and said my goodbyes.

Two years running they pulled that trick on me.
Turned out to be a spelling error between what the IRS got from the social security administration on my wife’s name and her SSN.
It took us 2 years to straighten it out. And -— most bothersome -— the accountant I used didn’t find it either time.
The IRS called me and asked for the paperwork that went with the money.
I went through all the hoops, including the 45 minute to 75 minute waits each time I had to call them to straighten it out.
I have repressed the memory.
