I thought this seasons opening show with the guys was much more entertaining than last seasons. Yes it was! Last season's opener was a very long and boring show. And while not all of last night's performances were great, most were at least interesting and memorable.

I figure Carly may have been sick and maybe the other gal left to use the restroom.

I basically agree with your rankings. I think Jason Yeager has the best vocals of the group but do we need another Andy Williams?

A cute story from when I was about 4....
I would tuck my monchichis in bed with me when I slept and I talk in my sleep. One night my mom came in to check on me and I said, "Can we go home now?" My mom said, "We are home." I pointed at the monchichis and said, "Well, tell them to go home.". She told them to go home. I sighed and said, "That's good." I was completely asleep the entire time.

Has anyone else seen the resemblance. I love Micheal Johns, but he looks like Ted Bundy!

I want someone to sing, “Ode to Billy Joe” tonight. I love that song.

Some of these guys are more feminine then most women I know!
I was thinking the same thing....most look like girls, especially with their "shaggy" haircuts...ugh. I HATE that look.

That Luke boy looks like Orlando Bloom
I think he looks a lot like another Luke

I disagreed with Simon wholeheartedly and DO remember him, and in fact, he is my favorite of last nights performances.

Every time I watch that show I tell my husband, In the real world, Debra would have killed Ray and not a jury in America would have convicted her.
Or she would have killed Marie...(can you imagine having a mother-in-law like that?)

While I actually like Robbie, I'm SO thinking
He needs to leave the bandanas at home...that look is SO uncool, imo.
