Isn't that the truth! Many a happy youthful memory associated with the A-Team.
Simon and Simon, Miami Vice, Riptide, Airwolf, etc. So many good action and sleuth shows.
So much of TV these days is trite and there is little broadcast TV that I watch. CSI (the original) and House are among the few (less than 10) current TV programmes that I watch. The rest are on satellite (Mythbusters and a couple of others).
