My cousins' Hungarian grandmother used to drink ACV with honey every day, for her arthritis.
We just use two teaspoons of ACV in a glass of water, once or twice daily. We don’t use honey, though alot of people do. I didn’t know it was suppose to do anything for arthritis; we use it as a cold/flu preventative.
The ACV supposedly helps maintain the acidity/alkalinity of the body to prevent germs from gaining the upper hand. Don’t know if that is the correct explanation, but we doen’t get sick when we keep up on our ACV.
