Garden variety acute paranoid schizophrenia. Give him 800 mg of Seroquel and he’ll be fine. Alternatively intramuscular long acting anti-psychotic meds once a month with a court order if he is too crazy to cooperate with oral meds.
Pakistani psychiatry is apparantly less than adequate, it would appear.

Wonder what he did to get cuffed and restrained in the first place? Towards the end, he breaks the plastic cuffs.
See?! You treat passangers like cattle and they will flip out sooner or later!!
Flight attendants should have tranquilizer darts readily available to them. There’s no reason for a whole planeload of people should have to put up with this. Not to mention that the guy seemed crazy enough that he could have seriously injured himself. A wild yank on those plastic wrist restraints could have produced a nasty gushing gash and/or badly broken wrists.
