Oh lovely warm fire, I can curl up in my wool blanket and just veg out the rest of the day, (I have slept most of it away already) LOL!
I was running around FR in the early morning hours, you may have seen. ;0)
I noticed you were here late..I woke up in the early morning hours due to the thunder and never went back to sleep. I give up on “normal”..LOL!
Sounds lile all of you are in weather that requires long-johns. Now I could be cruel and say that I hope that they were the red ones that were scratchy but I wouldn’t. The temps here have risen to a balmy 54 degrees and the sun is shining in an almost cloudless sky.
Temperature has been dropping all day and it’s now 22. Forecasters are saying Boston could get another 8” of snow over night.
Did I tell you Thursday’s storm broke a 105 year old record? This is a lot of snow for this area before Christmas.
Currently is it 20 degrees, going down to 18 this evening. Storm warning still on, 3-5 inches predicted.
The manse is warm and snug.

I wish you guys to be well, warm and safe. I have been in a few blizzards where the major thoroughfares on Long Island have become parking lots with many abandoned vehicles. Although it may be very pretty and serene, I do not envy the person that has to shovel that crap off the driveway and sidewalk.
BEER TOMKOW you freeze to death LOL!
Alcohol dosen't freeze, does it?????
Therefore: BEER is ANTI-Freeze!!!!
YOu got me there LOL!
All cozy here!
Beer is crucial in all weather.
