My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly
and wing my way through the sky
I would never be shy
just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind
chase the comets tail for fun
by day we would hide from the sun
our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use
fireflies as our guide
we would dip and we would glide
through the heavens open wide
and scatter diamonds in the night sky
my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers
silent in the night...
to kiss their face in our flight
much to their surprise and delight
my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share
away up here in the air
of breezes soft through our hair
my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

I’m going to save that. I saw it weeks ago and want to see it over and over.
Some show I was watching the other night had a fellow who lives in Africa and has several lions and hyena who live together in harmony in a big enclosure. Those animals are as tame as pets.
Cheetahs used to be regularly kept as pets. I don’t see why some of these species can’t be preserved when they aren’t that hard to hang around.

Got my coffee...all scrubbed and scraped....morning brief is done, now waiting for the "bus" to leave.
One website says 25 degrees, one says 34...I'm leaning toward 25 having been outside now. Brrrr! Think I'll order a weather station so I can get my own up-to-the-minute conditions. LOL
