My Dragonfly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

When They No Longer Listen
Rage on, rage on, rage on
with slashing battle sword
To the deafening crashing blows
of a forged steel war hammer
Against armor worn by mortal men
diplomacy failing yet again
Such is this tired age of sin
all lost in this bloody sickening din
Where even bravery stammers
and evil reaps what it does sow
Empty windows covered with boards
stark burned shells in a red cast dawn
Winners and losers straggle away
both sickened by the course of this day
Hard to tell which is which, amid the survivors
a lesson so hard its engraved in the heart
So terrible it stains the soul forever
and leave all silent at the price
Kings and Lords repent, and peace entice
let the cruel will to oppress be sever
And set self greed now apart
for leaders have become political whores
We can no longer this savage price pay
ask the lost souls what they would say

You’ve weather INSIDE your garage? Man, that’s gotta be a bummer! Still, it makes skating out to the garage to check the ‘freezer’ easy I bet!

To: WayzataJOHNN
Out here not a snowflake to be seen; there are plenty of other flakes here though. How are you fairing with your weather?

LOL some sympathy!
That garage is sure a mess, the cars even worse.
To: Soaring Feather
They will need a jackhammer to get those cars out of the ice on the garage floor.

Hey, I bet you and I (and a case of dynamite) might get that ice out of the garage in a single day.

A few shape charges made with C4 will probably not do as much damage to the garage.

WJ, save the file to your hard drive then you can play it anytime you wish.
To: NY Attitude
Actually, a thin sheet of it rolled out and laid on the ice in several strips ought to pop it loose in sheets and chunks, and we can stand there sipping hot rum toddies and watch a local boy scout troop carry it all out for a donation and the fun of watching us do it.
