I think you're friend is right. I believe the ultimate message is: God does not exist. What does exist are a whole lot of liars who try to manipulate you and fool you into believing that God exists.
It's a no-holds-barred atheistic attack on religion.
Atheists, like Moslems and Liberals, focus entirely too much on "hypocrisy" ~ as if the only moral standard in the universe was the avoidance of "hypocrisy" as perceived by others.
A permutation is their claim that there are too many "liars" and "they are all trying to cheat you".
I usually dismiss people who obsess on the hypocrisy they believe exists in other people.
