LOL! They’re a temperate-climate snake. They don’t mind the food’s being dead, but I don’t think they can smell it if it’s frozen.
The lady who sold it to us said it would eat live mice, but if it didn’t eat them immediately, the mice would chew up the newspapers and make a mess in the cage :-).
Shannon is quite interested in the snake, but Wednesday can’t be bothered. We put a bird feeder near the living room window, and she sits on the back of the sofa and watches the birds.

I think you need to put a little rocking chair up there for her. And a shawl.
