Been avoiding this thread. My first thought on reading the title, Nazis, UFOs , hey you forgot sex. Guess not. Did they Volksdeutsch Madchen bear Elvis baby?No wonder you're Lonesome in Massachussets... To quote Hobbes of Calvin & Hobbes fame, "This is where the babes hang out."
Welcome to the Flying Castle.

I used to swim, but have not been anywhere close to water since 2001, despite living 20 minutes from the ocean.

I started swimming when I was 7 ~~ in the middle of the desert. I like the beach, too. I spent the first five years of my life on an island.

I started when I was 5. I’ve never lived on an island, just near lakes and oceans.

I prefer the Pacific to the Atlantic or the Gulf.
I always seem to end up close to large bodies of water. And mountains.

Ivory soap floats.
When I swim, I like to go under the water.
I swim down, more than over.
I can float, with effort, (LOL) but I think it’s more interesting underneath.

I suspect underwater would be really beautiful, but I can’t get there without help!
(I have built-in waterwings!)

From the South-West corner of the property.

Perfect location for a small forge...

That would be worth it, for sure! I’ll wait for the closing before I open a bottle of bubbly in your honor!
And where is the “forge” from the house?

It has a right feel to it.
Peter’s going to love that big tree on the other side of the house.

You mean, the one with the hoop on it?
The whole thing looks GOOD! Like it will “fit.”
There is plenty of room for the kids to grow and play without having to worry about them being in the street.
Good choice! I’ll be waiting to hear...
