Hope everybody's Christmas was GREAT!
Mine was so-so. Good news as well as bad news.
Well, first the bad news to get it over with, my Aunt Leatha (Dad's sister) passed away on Dec. 23. and my best friend, Karen lost her mother a few days before that.
My dad is home from the hospital and mom is keeping him as comfortable as possible, which is about all that can be done for him now.
I need prayers for him and my mom.
I found out my oldest niece and her husband are having a boy, the baby's due around the early part of June. (I saw the ultra sound pics.)
My nephew in Oklahoma and his wife are also expacting thier second child.
So my family may be shrinking on one end, it's certainly growing on the other!
so 2008 shouldn't be too shabby :o)
So. what's up with you all?

Thank goodness we always seem to get some good to take the onus off of the bad. We’ve been there too.
We had a nice Christmas too, but also with some worries, but things are looking up now. I hope 2008 is an upper for all of us, in all ways.

Okay, probably against my better judgment, but here goes....Sis and me, Dad and me and me talking to "you know who" (Sis snagged my camera when I ran outside to take the call and snapped it though the window. Yes, it DOES look God awful blonde, doesn't it?
