The best thing about Philly is that it is 85 miles from New York (a REAL city). ;-)

I should know, I live 45 from Midtown Manhattan and 40 from Center City, PA.

Again, Center City is OK, just don't go too far north of the Vine Street Expressway, south of South Street (when are they finally going to CONDEMN that Third World outdoor market in South Philthy?), or west of 30th Street Station.
