He’s had two drafts and the team is going backwards this year. I don’t see how they are going to improve all that much under his direction next year.

Thats true...he definitely will not get another NFL job, he is damaged goods with that ratting out his former team garbage. Not sure where he would wind up. He is definitely a product of BB coaching and success. He cannot make it on his own. Look at Weiss at ND...completely going backwards for that program.

The thing about the ‘06 Jets is that they stayed remarkably healthy while playing bad teams that suffered some serious injuries. The fact that they only went 10-6 under those circumstances is a testament to a bad roster.

Pennington should be traded to Carolina and Clemens given the starting job. Won’t happen. But it should.
