I do believe that Anna trusted Moe more than anyone else.
I'm still trying to figure out why Thompson was called to the hospital when Anna had the baby. They were enemies already with the Horizons fiasco. And why did it take so long to find out he was called again AFTER Danny died??
i don’t think they were ‘enemies’ already when Anna first had her baby - she invited the entire crew over and iirc she introduced the baby to Shelley’s wife as ‘sister’.
Gaither, GBen and Ford, as well as Ford’s wife, were all there at the Horizons the day after Daniel’s death, and Stern didn’t have a problem involving them in tossing clothing or moving mattresses, or picking up fallen drug bags.
I think the drugs-falling-from-moving-the-mattress episode, along with flushing pills, was the point when GBen/Shelley probably made the decision, this is too deep - enough is enough we need to be out from under direct ownership of a drug house and if we can’t be then HKS has to go, and if it means Anna too, well...
From Rita’s book, Anna was still trying to talk Thompson into putting his name on the birth cert as of just before the fake wedding. And Riley still hadn’t talked abut her 36hrs at the Horizons from the way Shelley was talking about later asking Anna for ‘the tape’.
I think things went totally sour around Oct 10th ‘06:
