Who drew it up? The firm of Trope & Trope. Who drew it up really doesn't matter. The attorney's job is simply to put it into legal form

but if Trope and Trope drew what can only be called a sorry excuse for a legal document up, and it can be shown it was not 'simply putting it into legal form', but drawn up deliberately obscure, incomplete and biased to profit a member of Trope and Trope, [and said member's best childhood buddy], as appears, then maybe it does matter after all :)

as for LB, he may not have realized yet, one of the flaws of deals with the devil is, the piper must always be paid in full.

It wasn’t done by Trope & Trope. Eric James Lund was a sole practitioner.

I'll tell you what my attorney told me. "These are your wishes. And you will be signing it." People leave money to dogs, cats etc...

The bottom line is "if the will is no good, everything flows to Dannielynn as next of kin".

If Anna trusted Howard to be the executor and Danny's guardian, so be it. She signed it. If it was signed under duress: Prove It

Duress is simply not proveable in this case particularly because Howard continued "by her side" until the day she died.

Larry: He's been paid in full...He's got a baby he never wanted to cramp his style...and for 18 years!!
