Thank you, and to all for well wishes to me. Took me forrreever to get here today/tonight! After many go-rounds with the apt mgt, we decided the guy *might have been* or *must have been* the wrecker driver who removes cars parked illegally in the complex.
Obviously, I don’t have a car parked here, since I no longer own a car, lol, so I don’t know why he would’ve come to my door - but that is his name, so they figure that’s who it was. He may have *thought* some cars were my visitors or something, but since I don’t ever have any, he was wrong. Scary that someone can just roughly intimidate a resident like that - but they were going to speak with him about it and hope it won’t happen again.
The good news was that one of the leasing agents took me to do my mail and banking chores, which I was worried sick about not getting done, since my income was short this month, thanks to an IRS seizure of my meager revenue - over a disputed sum that I couldn’t respond to because they keep sending things registered mail and I can’t stay at the PO long enough to wait on a clerk to go find them for me.
Had to put cash back in and wanted to make sure I saw the teller count it out - I had had a deposit envelope get stuck down the side of an ATM machine one time and I went thru all kinds of hell to get it credited before they finally went to the machine, opened it up, looked and felt around, then found it. Now I’m always careful about using the ATM for deposits - and I’m warning others.
Finally, so glad to see some inquest news, but need to digest it.
Help! Have had trouble figuring out the “point 79 milligrams” of methadone in Daniel’s bloodstream, compared to 22 (whole) milligrams in his stomach. “.79” or “point 79” isn’t even a whole milligram, so how is it that it’s the major portion of the drugs?
Is that a blood solution? IOW, so many milligrams per what, per ounce of blood or gram of blood or liter of blood, what? Is it like a blood alcohol level, a percentage or something? So many parts per 1000 somethings?
I’m not well versed in the medical references, unless it’s something I’ve been exposed to in real life or on another case. Y’all help me understand this.
