I think Virgie has the sources to weed things out. What is noticeable is that Howard is a lousy witness for himself and not producing "stuff" is an indication of "hiding something".

Will this deposition prove something? Who knows. I'm just confused as to how he can claim 6% of the Marshall fortune when by his own words, he hasn't worked on the cases.

I’ve always thought that 6% sounded like a divided share from someone else’s portion, like a rounded-down “1/4th” of someone’s true 25% fee - or maybe “1/5th” of a more normal 30% fee.

Don’t know if it’s Boesch or Rale or who, but that’s my guess - that he had a farmout agreement simply by virtue of the fact that he was Anna’s “handler” and baby-sitter.
