Police investigating the death of Anna Nicole Smith’s son Daniel Smith are interviewing a Californian doctor in connection to the incident last month.
11 Dec ‘07 - “No doctor should prescribe all of these drugs,” said Wecht, who adds that he personally spoke to Smith’s physician in California who prescribed him the Zoloft.
“I don’t know who prescribed him the Lexapro and the methadone, and I don’t know if anyone has determined that,” he said. “He should have just been taking one antidepressant. He shouldn’t have been taking two at the same time.”

If Danny had 26 pills in his backpack, were they found in a prescription bottle or loose?
Can they determine if the 26 pills are from the same batch as the one found in Howard's bed?
Why did Howard say Danny slept in that bed AND WHEN did Danny sleep there because no one else saw him in the bed.
Did Howard say it AFTER they found the pills?
An Unknown remains: What did Anna say in the Police Report...and WHEN did that occur?
Note: Anna's Police Report should have been made alone...i.e., without Howard present. Was he present and was he acting as her attorney at the time?
I'm inclined to think that she never actually talked to the police...that she issued a written statement to them and was never personally interviewed.
WHY WERE HOWARD AND ANNA ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HOSPITAL? The death should have raised a big flag. This was a 20 year old kid.
Always remember that the first statement issued by Howard via Atty. Michael Scott said: "Anna had a memory loss of the events of Daniel's death".
One of those is Danny "sleeping" in his mother's bed.
The case is so full of unusual events that there has to actually be a written script someplace.
Perhaps it is "hidden" in her more recent videos....maybe "Illegal Aliens".
Given that we now know that Gibson and wife were at the hospital, why didn't Howard stay with the body? Same scenario as Anna's death....he disappears.
