I may have spoken too soon on Braithwaite. He is conducting the questioning, calling the witnesses to the stand, so he is performing the role that would be the “prosecutor” in a trial.

I was a bit confused, because the judge/coroner, Magistrate Campbell, also calls witnesses.

Munroe is like a “defense attorney.” Ha ha, at “like.”

i wonder if the jury are going to remember half of what has been said by the time they reconvene..i wonder if they’re allowed to make notes?
