I think the single worst event is that Howard and Anna were allowed to leave the hospital at all when Danny died.

Anna, Howard and the baby were whisked away...to save the script for another day.

Really strange - that upcoming ET segment is going to have the hospital surveillance tape that is inquest evidence, brought to them by Howard!

Tell me how *that* happened!
