This delay looks like it is a little different...and that it wasn't "planned" by Howard. In other words....Howard was probably saying...well they didn't show and you can't make them come here... so let's get on with it....and forget them.

So maybe the day before this resumes on January 28th, we will have a surprise witness or a few surprise witnesses placed on the list ON JANUARY 27TH.

Would Howard go nuts or what.

Of course, we also have Howard's own words: "She doesn't have any memory of Daniel's death NOW". So, how was she able to give a statement to the police. It was certainly a speech "written by Howard." Will it say "I know Howard had nothing to do with Daniel's death". Yeh, that sounds about right. Will Howard read it and break into tears? Of course....just like he did when he screamed at that little baby...."Your mommy's dead".

I'm trying to understand why there is no police evidence...nothing indicating HOW Danny took these drugs...Cups, cans, wrappers with traces of the chemicals...Pockets, pants, the bed pillow, with traces of the chemicals.

We might know what he took...but why is there no when, how?? or Why??
