Apparently there is testimony from Anna from the grave. I'm betting that it includes something to the effect:

Do you think I would let Howard stay if I thought he harmed Daniel in anyway?

I believe this is going to match "almost exactly" a little 30 second clip where Howard says the same thing. When I saw it, I said ooops...they released that by accident. We'll see.
