Anna was in for two weeks - LB’s court filing has discharge May 5 - Anna’s own words - she was rushed to the hospital, she was a high-risk pregnancy. I know of no detox facility, hospital or not, who allows two outsiders to come and go and reside in the room unsupervised - especially, when one is arguing with the patient, ‘several times’. LB was focused on talking to the doctors about ultrasounds - viewing ultrasounds - forceably invading Anna’s privacy as a mother if you ask me! Think about that.
Then, think about this email allegedly written BEFORE Anna went into that hospital, and obtained by the GLOBE:

HKS has no testimony about the hospital room. LB is very very sketchy in his testimony about the room - reverting always to ‘drugs in the house’ and ‘carrying Anna’. He had TWO WEEKS to get outside or higher-up help if drugs were really being brought into the hospital.

Only a starry-eyed teenage girl would buy that he didn’t take any action at all because of a confidentiality agreement. he was the quoted object of a paternity story two days BEFORE Anna’s release - against a confidentiality agreement!

Anna was Prescribed Methadone At The Hospital, according to the single article we’ve seen on the topic. Her use of same after discharge was monitored and measured at least until HKS hunted her down to the bahamas home.
I’m sticking with that until someone proves that article incorrect or we see a formal press release from that hospital.
LB claims to have a ‘personal collection’ of Anna photos, in addition to the ones he was paid by Anna to take of Anna. What better evidence one way or the other for timedated digital originals from his own memory sticks as to whether Anna was ‘lit to the gills’ all of the time? and If Anna was always having to ‘be carried’ and nobody was ‘sure she would live’, then why didn’t our buddy LB take massive amounts of snapshots - just in case, just to save his own butt? He only knew her for a very short time and half of that was rocky at best and in separate residences...certainly he would be thinking, I gotta make sure nobody blames me if this bimbo o’d’s in bed with me??
Seildin got snowed just like a lot of us, but he was smart enough to let HKS and LB talk until each got himself in trouble, then he changed the subject - letting words hang there, for people who notice things that don’t pass the ‘would my neighbor/would a stranger’ ‘do that’ test.

I’ve never quite figured Hollier out. In AnnaLand or on Planet Vickie, “bodyguard” was a euphemism for “big guy Anna is sleeping with.”
All reports said he had worked for her for 6 years (including a one-on-one done here locally), but I just don’t see how or where. He lives and has lived in Houston or the Houston area all this time and she hadn’t set foot here in years and years. (Unless she maybe had a touch-up or two on her boobs or lipo that had to be done here, which I doubt, with Hollywood docs at her beck and call.)
He guarded her for her handful of court appearances during a 2-week period of the probate case here - even the court docs detailed that she had “expenses” for “two bodyguards” (and her CA Lawyer, lol), although I’m not even sure he was one of the two.
That was in Jan-Feb 2001, IIRC, and Hollier claimed to have started working for her in 2002, which is the year her ANShow started in August. Maybe he went out to CA and was part of that crew, but I haven’t located any confirmation of that.
She didn’t start the TrimSpa contract until fall 2003, and later met Moe and asked him to be her bodyguard for that TrimSpa tour - just a few events in 2004, I believe.
I just never have figured out when Hollier actually worked for her (in public, lol) and if it was really over a span of 6 years, as he said.
It sounded more like he was a hanger-on, if he felt close enough from those few court appearance guardings to stay in touch with her and go to Daniel’s funeral - and then to be a pallbearer at Anna’s. It just seems odd to me.
And when he said he’d never seen her take pills or do drugs - when most of North America and a few other continents had seen her loopy on a regular basis - I “sided with Seidlin” when he tossed him.
Now the vomit in the sink always puzzled me. But the autopsy says that CH on an empty stomach causes nausea and vomiting. Think—maybe Daniel also vomited all over his pants and that’s why he was half dressed. And why Anna was naked. Easier to strip off the clothing and dispose of them later. The fact that we do not know the TCE/TCA concentration in Daniel’s organs is significant, although we really only know what Wecht told us.
Back to Anna: you have shown that once again there is documentation that Anna regarded LB as a huge threat to her baby. That f****t is after my baby and wasn’t even interested before, she says. It was LB driving the last part of her life: he forced her to race to the Bahamas, he forced her to have a DNA test per the Calif. judge, he was telling stories of her drug addiction to the press. Anna says,,”he wants to make a name for himself off of me” and that is exactly what he did. Plus he got a baby, and money, and a house.
It is LB getting the baby that would make Anna roll over in her grave, not Virgie. All that mommie dearest stuff was a mood produced by HKS for full effect. The reason HKS was adamant that VA not get the baby is that is would ruin his control, it had nothing to do with Anna. Anna probably would have preferred her mom, whom she chose for Daniel, then the one person who drove the events that led ultimately to hers and Daniel’s deaths.
No one challenged LB’s testimony on the two week stay.
There is another source, it is in the paternity filings Anna was running from. She sure wasn’t in a hurry to step up and scream false, no methadone. For a false story it seemed to make her run fast and far.
First word out of Sterns camp maybe but not everyone’s mouth was pushing suicide.
Clown video: not sure who you are saying when you say “all”. Many knew anna was a druggie and that video did not shock everyone. Look at all the statments when she died that expected it or surprised she wasn’t dead 10 yrs ago etc. Tragic but no surprise. I remember him saying no drugs then next thing you know, Laurie and Shelly are talking about methadone being dished out that summer or when Shelly put his house staff on all the drugs she took there. The paternity battle with ANS alone could and did get LB a top attorney. He didn’t need drugs to get that far. It was already ‘who’s the daddy’ game in gossip columns. Anna hiding it only added to the hype and she knew it would.
Any one that wanted face time could have taken the case. I am surprised LW or Geragos wasn’t front and center except they aren’t into family law. It wasn’t the drug addiction that set LB off. He was off and running way before the methadone was added to the paternity papers. He blew a gasket because Stern (fool) was calling him a liar and stalker. Around May, maybe June LB went public and he wasn’t coughing up the addiction line at the time.

Hell, they let drunken high anna and Ray in JHoward’s room on the middle of the night with a video camera. Daniel and Stern were midnight guests with Thompson in the Bahamas. Yes, celeb’s hospital stays do have special ignorance of guest rules all the time. Name me one California hospital that wouldn’t put up with the mouthy anna and her guests. They see that crap all the time. It wasn’t her first drug trip. She was known for being a mess and OD’s especially in CA.
This says methadone was in the filing in Oct 06. LB went public on ‘I’m the father” long before Oct.

Not that it is important at this stage because we know she had all the methadone she could want. Was that the first script? Did the nameless friend know Kapoor was prescribing it? Does Kapoor go to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center? Was he the prescribing doctor? When did she go on methadone originally? Kapoor had her for some time and before him, the doc at that same clinic. Was the methadone the friend said the hospital prescribed maint meth? She was his patient, he is in LA, she was in LA and Cedar is LA’s celeb friendly hospital. Kapoor is also the one that said “Treatment” was ethical. Overall ‘treatment’ or was he referring to her Cedar ‘treatment’.. or both? Time will tell.
I didn’t see LB’s testimony about the hospital sketchy. Even down to ripping out her IV’s and the IV stand falling or whatever. The babybook incident. She called me a couple days later, where are you, why are you not here and all that stuff. a lot of details I thought. He was too stupid to see the public would turn on him for doing nothing though. Howard hunted her down? Howard knew right where she was. He was with her more than not. He was with her in SC in June and in the Bahamas by July. He really wasn’t gone from her sofa for any amount of time. Even stayed at Shelly’s with her according to them when they gave a tour and showed the bedrooms (howard in a separate one LOL )
Ultra sound .. why would ANY dad seeing an ultra sound of HIS baby be bad? Not following ya on that one. I think any Dad short of a rapist has a right to his child, in all stages. Plus, we have seen how ANS lies all the time. For all we know she talked to LB right before this msg .. if it’s her even. Look at her emails to Thompson. She’s a liar! I am not into what would my neighbor do. Wouldn’t even be a logical measuring stick if I was. I don’t live in that kind of neighborhood thank God. And I have never lived near a nut celeb, let alone one like Anna! apples and oranges. I don’t know any neighbor that pulls their clothes off in public, has sex orgies with unemployed attorneys, marry men three times their age, want to get pregnant without a dad in the child’s life, OD’s a gazillion times, steals houses etc.
Hollier didn’t say Anna said she was in danger unless I missed something. I can’t see HKS’s buddy saying she was afraid of HKS! After a funeral she made a remark according to him that wouldn’t be unlike a remark many of us might make. Often after funerals people talk about their own wishes or if anything happens to me blah blah. I don’t find that as ahha as some do. AND/OR if we were Stern’s buddy like Hollier is, would claim whatever he wanted .. which wasn’t danger, it was to bury her with Daniel.
