I always understood Milstein was a Florida atty. Duh!

Then this is more devious than appeared at the outset.

Isn’t Milstein also an advocate for gay couple adoption?

Milstein was a happily married man. He came out at age 41. He is deeply involved in gay groups.

I always took "the Wedding" as "a typical Ca commitment ceremony"...similar to and valid under Ca law...i.e., as to assets at least...and no license required. Except Howard would acquire Anna's debts also.

I thought Howard said in court that the marriage was under litigation....Hmmm
