Why is there such a big deal about Anna winning her suit against the Marshalls. It's phoney publicity. There is no win...until the money is in the bank and debtors are knocking at the door.

After reading the legal transcripts, it's pretty obvious that Anna was a prolific liar and her attorneys know it AND AGREED TO IT. Her bankruptcy was "false" and that was the foundation of her claim: "I need the Old man's money to survive."

Old attorney's game: Suppose, suppose....

Suppose there was no Dannielynn and the father was unknown...(as in sperm donor agreement to lay no claim)...

Who would Anna's money go to?

***Suppose there was no Dannielynn..***

HOwie has always been the ‘Director at the Improv’ ..able to create new opportunities for himself through Anna’s celebrity, the tabloid income potential, while maintaining control over her life and whatever assets JHM gave her during the marriage.

The pursuit of Marshall’s estate was the long-term investment in future earnings for HOwie and his cabal.

There is one other person rooting for Anna - Richard Marshall - the other son. Where is he? We only hear of E.Pierce Marshall’s fierce opposition to Anna’s claims against the estate. Why did she not accept the $88million award? Who was pulling her chain besides HOwie?
