I checked google news: no lawsuit yet mentioned filed by Larry Birkhead against Rita Cosby. Or is he part of Howie's lawsuit? He has been very quiet.

Birkhead must be worried about questions re: "Did you sign a sperm donor contract?" "Did you have a deal with Howard Stern?" "Were you ever in bed with Howie?"

You would think that it would be Larry who would sue Rita..because at this point, it just might effect his custody status since in that court, he and Howard had joined forces against Virgie....joining forces and deception are two different things.

I'm betting that the Jan 6, 2006 agreement was "part" (an after though) of a donor agreement. I'd be curious to see what kind of agreements donors sign. I don't believe that Anna's signature appears on that agreement...just Larry's which I believe would make it invalid "on its' face".

Did we ever see the agreement that Barth pulled out in Seidlin's court about Larry staying away from Anna? I don't believe Seidlin even looked at it.
